**Job Description** As a Bar Supervisor, you will be an essential part of our operations team, responsible for executing all standard and additional duties associated with warehouse operations. Reporting directly to the Beverage Manager, you will support the day-to-day handling, organization, and distribution of bar supplies, including alcoholic beverages, equipment, and other materials. **Job Responsibilities** + Receive, inspect, and store incoming supplies and equipment, ensuring accuracy and quality of shipments. + Prepare and organize stock for distribution to various bars and outlets. + Maintain clear and accurate records of inventory, including stock levels and location of items in the warehouse. + Ensure compliance with all safety and handling guidelines related to the storage and transport of alcoholic beverages and other bar supplies. + Operate warehouse equipment such as golf carts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently. + Assist in periodic inventory audits and stock checks. + Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth supply chain and prompt resolution of any issues. + Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse area. + Construct and dismantle product cages as needed for secure product transport and storage. + Clean and rotate stock regularly to maintain quality and efficiency. + Develop strategies to liquidate products that have been in inventory for an extended period. + Issue out and manage POS (Point of Sale) systems required for bar operations with management support. + Set up and prepare bar fronts and backs according to specific bar requirements or events. **Qualifications** + High school diploma or equivalent. + Previous experience in warehouse operations, preferably in a setting related to hospitality or bar supplies. + Familiarity with inventory management systems and basic computer skills. + Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. + Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods. + Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team. **Work Environment:** This role requires working in a warehouse setting, which includes exposure to varying temperatures and physical labor.
