Position: Cisco Certified Network Engineer
Location: 100% Remote + Client budgeted travel
Description:
Network engineer who will be responsible for WAN, routing and campus connectivity, including wireless. Requires a strong understanding of switches, routers, and routing protocols. (i.e. BGP, OSPF). Involvement in datacenter network access and connectivity services is expected, but this will not be a primary responsibility.
Experience/Skills:
9+ years enterprise networking experience.
Hands-on experience with Cisco and Juniper routers and switches.
Design, planning, and implementation of new network solutions.
Strong understanding of WAN topologies and routing protocols.
Experience implementing and maintaining Wi-Fi access for end-users.
Datacenter access and services provisioning for new systems and applications.
Understanding of application communications, underlying protocols, and network enablement.
Cloud Network technologies (GCP, AWS, Azure) are a plus but not required .
Experience with network automation and scripting is a plus.
Must have Cisco Network Certifications
