Description We are looking for a skilled Financial Analyst to join our team in Burbank, California. In this role, you will utilize your expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis to support business decision-making and strategic planning. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to critical financial processes while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities: - Prepare and assist in the creation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to ensure accurate performance tracking. - Develop detailed financial forecasts to support strategic planning and decision-making. - Compile and analyze data from financial, operational, and external sources to identify trends and insights. - Support annual budgeting efforts by providing detailed analysis and recommendations. - Conduct financial planning and analysis to evaluate business opportunities and risks. - Build and maintain complex financial models to simulate scenarios and support business strategies. - Present findings and insights through visualizations using tools such as Tableau and Power BI. - Collaborate with stakeholders to refine financial processes and improve reporting accuracy. - Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies in all reporting activities. - Provide actionable recommendations based on data-driven insights to optimize financial performance. Requirements - A minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, planning, or related fields. - Proficiency in budgeting processes and financial forecasting techniques. - Demonstrated ability to develop and interpret financial models to support business strategies. - Strong analytical skills with expertise in financial analysis and data interpretation. - Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI. - Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other financial software. - Excellent communication skills to present findings and collaborate with cross-functional teams. - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
