This Marketing Specialist Position:

2. MUST HAVE PREVIOUSLY WORKED IN THE MEDICAL DEVICE INDUSTRY
The Marketing Programs Specialist will focus on managing industry tradeshow participation; driving attendance to sponsored activities, workshops and meetings from start-to-finish and develop collateral to support product positioning and brand awareness through online and offline channels. The ideal candidate will work closely with the marketing leadership team to identify key activities while delivering measurable business value.
Must enjoy working in a collaborative environment while interfacing regularly with global colleagues and field representatives. Responsibilities
Identify key opportunities and drive engagement through participation in high-impact industry tradeshows, virtual events, webinars and other relevant activities
Develop materials, presentations and other marketing materials for launches, campaigns, email programs, product support, sales meetings, tradeshows and events.
Strategizing and implementing campaigns leveraging both traditional (collateral, print, direct mail, etc.) and digital (digital advertising, websites, email, etc.) marketing tactics.
Responsible for media plan, editorial calendar and internal and external communications as related to area of responsibility.
Collaborate with US & LatAm Marketing team to help shape overarching marketing strategies, websites, e-marketing tools, and other digital marketing tactics.
Collaborate on developing plans to leverage product promotions to help generate leads at key shows and events. Manage external partners to develop and monitor tactics to ensure that programs run smoothly, on-schedule, and within project scope.
Continuously monitor program success and ROI analytics and reporting. Includes sales objectives, budget, advertising & promotion requirements.
Assess the state of current materials - revise existing literature as appropriate, archive outdated versions, and leverage digital whenever possible.
Create and manage campaigns and lead tracking in Salesforce
Requirements:
BA/BS degree in Advertising, Marketing, Public Relations, Communications or related field.
Experience in data analytics and creating dashboards, preferred.
Highly creative and strategic in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
Organized with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, deadline-driven, and good at managing projects/workflows.
Healthcare/medical device experience - a major plus
Ability to travel - attend and participate in all relevant tradeshows
Able to communicate fluently in Spanish on technical medical topics
At least 2 years of experience in medical device marketing
At least 2-3 years of experience with an understanding of Marketing Events & Marketing Communication.
Solid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software (SalesForce, HubSpot or comparable email solution) and applications (Web analytics, Google Adwords etc.)
Experience in campaign architecture, design and execution, preferred.
