Weekend and holiday availability is required Applicants need to be flexible with their schedule and willing to work weekends, day, evenings, overnights and holidays, if needed.

Security Officers, sometimes referred to as Security Guards, deter criminal activity, protect property and enforce rules on a property. Some monitor surveillance cameras and alarms from a stationary position, while others patrol areas and do security checks. In factories, warehouses and offices, Security Officers provide protection for equipment and workers along with checking the credentials of vehicles and individuals coming and going from the premises.
Responsibilities - Rover: Foot or vehicle patrols, responsible for detecting any suspicious behavior and preventing vandalism, thefts or other criminal behavior, etc.
- Gate Entry: Greet employees and guests with a friendly demeanor, check identification, log visitor vehicles, announce visitors, control access to all persons to the property, etc.
- Front Desk: Acknowledge and greet all guests with utmost courtesy and urgency, customer service, access control, greeting residents and guests with a courteous demeanor, monitor CCTV camera systems, announce visitors, distribute packages, etc.
- Customer Service:
Provide directions and assistance to drivers and visitors.
Act as the first point of contact and represent the company in a professional manner.
Qualifications - Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- Valid state security licensing
- Professional demeanor and appearance
- Open Availability
- Basic computer skills
- Must be able tomultitask and prioritize assigned tasks
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Minimum of one year of customer service experience
- Minimum of one year of security experience
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background and drug)
- This position will require occasional crawling, crouching, climbing of stairs, kneeling, running,sitting, standing, stooping and walking for extended periods of time
